Everything was very clean, it had strong wifi, no complaints. My room was well-appointed, gorgeous and I met decent staff, we had friendly communication.

We appreciated location and food, every detail required.

Had romantic 2 days here thanks to its superb rooms and atmosphere. The restaurant was good for dinner, we ordered excellent dishes.

Thanks, I had very lovely stay. The bed was good and it was great having a safe box, central heating and an iron with ironing board.

There was a friendly reception. The room I booked was cleaned on a daily basis and available with great coffee as well as shower. They made my stay enjoyable.

It was fabulous time in Hawkshead. The bathroom was spacious & the bedroom was nice sized. Great area.

I appreciated rooms and food. The building itself was nice with a lovely garden. The venue was minutes from Hawkshead downtown. Btw, spots like an early school were very close to the hotel too.

Wonderful staff and food, very clean beds. The staff did all they can for a brilliant stay. I liked a nice decor and lovely furniture. It was perfectly clean and everything was really perfect.

The staff was funny and created quiet atmosphere.

Staff were SUPERFRIENDLY and we loved our time there. There was plenty of food, in general it was reasonably priced. Had complimentary drinks in the downstairs bar.

Luxury hotel, spacious room, truly enjoyed the bed. It was steps away from Hawkshead city centre. 5 minutes walk to bus station. Moreover, we parked nearby...

We enjoyed to chill in the nearby Queen's Head Restaurant. Comfortable beds. Nothing compares to Sun.

we ate at kings arms restaurant, which is only 200 m away, it suited our needs. a useful base for exploring hawkshead.

Choosing for lunch Minstrels Gallery, which is situated 100 metres away was a good idea. Marvelous location and decent prices. The hotel's setting was next to such tourist attractions as grizedale forest.
